Hi guys, and welcome to 2007! This week's mix has been three weeks in the brewing, and the reason why it has been delayed has been due to me being away in Kent, and a serious NYE party at club Egg in London, which was fabulous.

I had an awesome time on NYE, and I must give a major gold star, or 5, to the promoters who pulled off a wonderful evening. Getting back to York on the 9am train was weary, but I would certainly do it again.

This week's mix is a 2 hour special celebrating 2006, and highlighting tracks which I have discovered, rediscovered, and hope you all have enjoyed over the last 5 months of the show being on air. My track of the week is Ghost by The Tenth Planet - this is a little nugget which caught me by surprise, and I love it.

As far as 2007 is planned I hope to take the show forward with a few new ideas. Amongst which will be a 2007 awards cast showcasing the best tracks of 2006 (at the end of January), a download.com special mix highlighting new talent from around the world (hopefully in February), another 'Memories' special featuring tracks from yesteryear, and in June a massive 1st anniversary show with (hopefully) a few mystery guests.
