Fri, 24 November 2006 Hi guys, and welcome to another fab week of O Red. This week has been about work, work, work, so I have not really had time to focus on much else. I have been working on a secret project, though, for next year which should be massive if I can pull it off. I also have to anounce the next O Red night in January will be on the 5th at Cert 18, with the theme to be decided. I can guarantee it will be the best new year's hang over cure in town. I also want to mention a few guys from work, Sahir and Elish, who have helped immencely this week. I am really greatful for their assistance and advice. This week's mix is another trance one, blending old and new school in together, and I personally really like every track in this mix. Sat, 11 November 2006 Hi guys and welcome to the 4 month aniversery of O RED! A big thank you to all of you have downloaded the cast over the last few months, and I hope you have all enjoyed what you have heard. To mark this I have gone back to the roots of the podcast and blended together some tub thumping, bass bin wrecking, monster tunes which all kick the bass into overdrive. Fri, 3 November 2006 He guys and welcome to week 15 of O red, and the launch of the O Red club night. Last night was fun, though only about 25 people came through the doors. I must extend a big thank you to all the DJ's who turned up, all their sets were awesome despite equipment problems which will be rectified at the next event. All said and done I am glad that last night went ahead, depite the problems, and I hope the next one will be the bomb. More about that event next week. This week's podcast is an eccective mix of house, funk, and old skool tracks. None get over 130bpm, and I realy like the way it builds up. To be honest I am really looking forward to this, though a little scared to be back on the decks doing a live set after 3 years away. Thu, 28 September 2006  Hi guys and welcome to another week of O Red. This weeks mix is the usual trance blended with some cool old school classics. Indeed my track of the week is Jericho by the Prodigym, an anthem of the era that brought me to music. I have also used a lot of Tiesto in this mix, so train spotters get ready! From this week onwards I have upgraded the track quality to 96kps so the track will be a bit bigger on the bandwidth from now on. I have done this in order to enable live streaming of all mixes from now on. As of this week I am going to push the forum more heavily. I feel that it is important to have feedback on the music I am using, and the style I am using, so it would be appreciated if you could take time to have a look :) . Pending a contract being signed with OneNumberOne (http://www.onenumberone.co.uk/) who have agreed to sponsor O Red's events advertising. This means in a few weeks time their logo will appear on all O Red material, pages, and a jingle will be placed within the pod cast to promote them.
