Ored Week 41 - Open Road

Hi guys and welcome to the 41st O Red pod cast. This week has been good for me, and work has been straightforward as usual.

Unfortunately due to no-one entering a mix in time I have decided to cancel the contest, but instead I am going to offer a new contest for the O Red 1st anniversary - the prize will any CD of your choice from Play.com, and all you have to do is answer this simple question: What was the first track ever played on O RED? (hint: it is one of my favourites of all time).

In the mean time I am pleased to announce that as of the week of the 28th July the show will be going to 2 hours in length, an extension from the current hour long shows I have presently been doing. I have decided to do this partly in response to the growing audience the show is attracting, and also partly because I now have more confidence with my style.

This weeks mix would probably fall under my journey mixes label, and is a hybrid of house and trance. My track of the week is "Should Have Known" by Cosmic Gate feat. Tiff Lacey - I have been humming this song all week, nuff said :)
